Meet Anamika

In a small rental apartment with her family of 5, stays Anamika, a bright, talkative girl with many hobbies. With three children in the family, all under the age of 5, the parents find it difficult to manage their children’s academic path while paying the bills. Anamika’s father works at Kapsons as a Picker and is the sole breadwinner. Their mother is a homemaker who had to quit working in order to take care of her children.

Anamika’s teachers describe her to be a girl of many talents as she enjoys Arts and Crafts and reading languages (English and Punjabi) along with Math. She aspires to be a teacher when she grows up, taking inspiration from her own school teachers.
